I have really enjoyed reading everyone’s posts. I find it interesting on why others prep, what their priorities are, etc. Deep down I think I prep mainly as a way to have some control. We take personal responsibility very seriously and the though of being dependent on someone else is unnerving.
Made another batch of pumpkin granola. We seem to be going through it rather quickly. My husband brought in some shelving for me so I worked at organizing the cookbooks. Started trying to compare health insurance plans. Washer sprung a leak so we had to fix that.
