Today I got some winter coats into the car in those vacuum bags that you get all of air out. Seemed to work pretty good so far. Still shrunk after we went to town. Also added some other items to my car prep for winter. We do not get much snow in Astoria Oregon but to get inland I have to go over 2 passes one way and a higher one the other way so chains may be required especially when we travel for the holidays.
We are trying to use up old food in our little freezer (the other is the one in the refrigerator…even smaller. So we had some frozen sausage that has not tasted all that great and we followed a recipe to make it into pork, apple and a little onion sausage patties.
