They are calling for our first big storm here. Hubby and I working on firewood for the furnace. It’s already cut and split, just hauling it around to the back porch. Labeled and put up two cases of assorted dehydrated vegetables. I have to take a break from that until after Thanksgiving.

covered the strawberry patch with straw and rolled up the water hoses that I use for watering the chickens. It’ll be carrying water now until spring.
