to help your back, put a tennis ball in an old nylon, very long sock or cut off leg of ‘longies.. just need it to be long enough to grasp in each hand.

on a clear space on a wall, position ball on back, lean into to wall and massage sore spot.

others have done it on the floor but that didn’t work for me..
