Yeah, well, CB, I have a shipmate up in New Hampshire who makes fun of me regarding the weather they experience vs me. He can have it… all of it! Daisy mentioned the flooding. There have been that, and tornadoes, wind storms, rain storms, rain storms with wind storms, power outages, week after week since late last winter. As a lifelong Virginian I’ve never remember any weather patterns like we have experienced. In the woods next to me there are 100 yr old oak trees uprooted and laying like jack straws. A lifetime of firewood and no way to access it due to terrain.
Daisy, where in SW are you located if you want to say? We attend Floyd Fest just off the BRP south of Floyd County in late July, usually. That’s about as far SW as I get.
