Watched some prepping videos and read a few articles. Spent a lot of time taking the dog out and in. Beautiful day today after the cloudy cold of the last three days, so I trimmed a bush that was much too much over grown and she watched. Bugs everywhere– tiny spiders floating on strands of web, butterflies checking out the pansies, faux ladybugs crawling everywhere. I even saw on of those pus caterpillars (but it was dead) on the wall by the front door. I’m slowly moving the dying lamb’s quarters with the last of their seeds attached to areas I want to have them grown next year. Bermuda grass (the roach of lawn grasses) doesn’t seem to grow where the lamb’s quarters grow so I’m doing an experiment to see if that’s really true. I’ll know next year when the LQ comes up.
