For preps today, we are taking car in to get serviced before any travel next week.
Also went through some keys to re familiarize myself to what they go do. Gun safe, other lock boxes, etc. Just to make sure none are laying around. We have some grand kids coming this weekend and I want them to be safe.
We are making our breakfasts from scratch in the sense of using whole foods, fruits and some protein diet shake that is organic…so basically a super smoothy. Through is some kale, spinach, almond milk, cinnamon, dark chocolate powder, 2 cooked organic eggs, some nancy’s probiotic yogurt and 1/2 banana…add other stuff depending on mood and makes a pretty good breakfast. Been doing it for at least a month and I feel better plus losing some weight.
More than you wanted to know but it is all part of preparing for what may come.
