Actually, I am really grateful for all of the postings here – have learned a lot.
Shopped today and stocked up on lots of lentils, black beans and navy beans – cooking black beans in the pressure cooker right now. Starting motherwort and skullcap tinctures (sleep and nerve aids). New St. John’s wort tincture will be ready soon – it’s not just for depression, but really helped me with healing after surgery recently. If the depression is due to constant physical fatigue or the body needing to heal, it can lift depression very, very quickly if used in larger amounts for just a few days (1-2 dropperfuls every 2 hours or so until you feel the depression is gone. Then stop and just get plenty of rest, eat right, and move).
Finally got a really good pair of winter boots that I hope last a decade or more.
