Yesterday we picked up 36 boxes of meat from the 2 steers we had butchered. Had to weigh each package and then fill and deliver orders. We also donated several hundred pounds to area food pantries. Cold, tiring job but worth it. The profits will help us feed the herd for the winter. Today is family time. We have a membership at a museum in the city which expires on Friday. Going to lunch with son’s family after church then to the museum to see the Christmas display.
