Today I called Dutchman’s Country Store in Cantrill, Iowa and spoke with a member of their staff about shipping a bulk quantity of their Dutch cocoa powder to me. They have what seems like a great sale price on it now through Christmas. I’ll have to double check the price charged by stores in my area that also sell bulk panty items to be sure but it looks as though I’ll save a lot by ordering the sale cocoa powder even with the shipping cost! If so, I plan to order at least 10 pounds of it and then re-package it in Mason jars with Oxygen absorbers to keep in my storage pantry for several years.
