11/19/2018 Each new recipe is tested and recorded. First bake bread with never before used yeast replacement for real world use. Once measured ingredient success is achieved then alternative baking methods are tested ie: using the roaster oven with the solar generator then testing the recipe using the solar oven outside during the winter months and once again during the summer. I need to made a new batch of Witches yeast and re-test the real world recipe tomorrow. Not a total failure but only edible as a last resort; I can do better.
