Today I refilled the working pantry with dehydrated stuff (tomatoes bell peppers celery peas mushrooms etc).

Tonight im going to an honey examination of my beekeepers association. Unfortunately I found out that my honey is lightly fermented. This has been a warm and sunny summer with lots of food for bees for a long time. Probably the bees, who are a greedy bunch, got too much foods do didn’t take enough time to get the moist out and sealed too soon. We’ll see tonight when I learn about the water content. I don’t own my own refracto meter yet. On December 9th I start with a two year course for honey and other bee products examinations. I will learn about the best to buy refractometers there. Probably have to save some more money.

I bought to books today about bees: an historical bookend a book about the ethics of beekeeping. There is a lot to do to do about this subject at the moment.

I printed some scientific articles about fermented honey  also about bee product examination

I also printed the new assignment for the bloom course.
