Happy Thanksgiving! It’s been a beautiful day here in East Texas, with sunny blue skies and temps in the 60’s. I grilled Canjun spiced chicken and we ate outside. I also switched out sweet potato pie for the usual pumpkin that I make. Gotta keep things Southern y’all!
We did do a bit of prepping today. I downloaded and printed off Daisy’s “Personal Emergency Preparedness Binder” pages and will start working on that this coming week. DH jiggled some things (?) around on the hot water heater and it appears to be fully functional again. So now we can run it off propane again when we need to.
