Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Opened a can of raisin bread. Had breakfast with the kids and their wives before they headed off to the other relatives.
The brined turkey was a little salty and was still a little tough but the meat close to the bone was moist. Not sure what to do as we did not eat a lot of the bird.
