Husband and I are “alone” this year. Mother is in an adult family home under Hospice care. Kids & Grandkids are thousands of miles away. It is just us and we survived.
I sat on the floor after lunch and sorted/reorganized all our prepping books & journals. Yes, I did get a little side tracked because some I haven’t read in awhile. I didn’t spend too long catching up, well, okay, maybe just a bit too long, but I had a wonderful time. Found a few things that were listed over the summer that we haven’t gotten done yet so we’ll tackle those tomorrow. (we are definitely not Black Friday shoppers!)
