Not much prepping today. I’m awfully tired. I did looked and researched some houses on the market. But that is so difficult at the moment to find something suitable. Prices are way too high and they keep in rising while at the same time my government is speed travelling toward getting houses more climate friendly in the best future. Doing so probably every homeowner has to spend another 50-60.000€ towards a greener house. When I would buy a house that pricey, I would never be able to save for that amount of renovations.
