Yesterday and today, I thought about how blessed I am with good friends. I have worked hard and been lucky enough to see that real rewards. Some of the biggest rewards are my friends.
Yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised as I cooked an awesome Thanksgiving feast — all my contributions, except beverages, from scratch. By cooking from scratch, I was also able at buy all organic supplies and stay under budget!
Today, I worked on my annual budget 2019. After completing most of my inventory, I have decided to dedicate more money toward my preps and forward purchases. For some of the items, I won’t need such as raidation tablets, I think of as insurance. Other items, such as extra candles and lights, I know I will need and use when the power goes out from storms, but I just have lots of extras. I view it as rotating through supplies and getting items when they are on sale.
