11/22 Well, Thanksgiving was……..Thanksgiving. Most of the dinner that I prepared for 20 people was from food storage or homegrown. The few things I had to buy were on sale. 11/23-24 making turkey bone broth to can. There was an awesome sale on sweet potatoes this week at the farmers’ market that I go to. 39¢ a pound!! I’m canning those today. The sweet potato pie was a hit at dinner, thursday. Now, I’m just waiting to hear back about a part-time job. I spoke to the supervisor of the one position, last week. I haven’t heard from the other job (the one I would prefer!). Both are good, part-time positions, in work that I have done many times. My health is better, and I am getting restless.
