Yesterday Black Friday long day I work retail over all people were nice we kept a moving until about 5pm by 6pm it looked like a regular Friday. Posted about how to keep spices from clumping. I realized that I. All our supplies I don’t have any spices saved for long term. We have ready made #10 cans of food but then we also have #10 cans of basic items to make meals with but no spices to add flavor.
Watched a video presentation from a lady who was talking about her storage and she talked about having basic food recipes that she puts all the ingredients including spices in a 5 gallon bucket for storage. Her idea was less but more approach. Have a lot of the same meal required less thought in regards to supplies needed.
Still thinking on it.
