The entire climate issue is a ruse foisted by globalists to wrench control away from sovereign nations and concentrate control through the UN, which itself dances to the tune of the globalists. The agenda is a one-world government… a tyrannical system controlled by a few while everyone else is made dependent and enslaved. I have always found it perplexing that so many in the prepper community who otherwise are suspicious of the motives of the “establishment” are so eager to believe that same establishment over this climate change charade. It would pay to consider exactly WHO is pushing global climate change… the globalist Deep State in the case of the report being discussed here. The same Deep State that has been attempting to sabotage President Trump since before he took office!
In the case of California, it is likely returning to desert due to the ‘greenies’ who have shown more concern over little fish than the farmers, and who have lobbied to send snow melt into the Pacific than into irrigation systems that kept the land green and productive. As for wildfires, decades of mis-management of the forests allowed for the understory to thicken and spread, providing more than ample fuel for wildfires. People were allowed to move into interface zones which results in massive property destruction once a wildfire starts and progresses. Moving into these zones without due consideration of the risk is foolhardy without reasonable forest management.
The same can be said for those who choose to live on the coasts regarding tropical storms and hurricanes. Overall, these storms have not increased in either number or strength on average. Some years there are more than other years.
Keep in mind that these climate change zealots are using software programs to predict what the climate will be decades from now. Also keep in mind that software programs can’t even predict with accuracy where a hurricane will make landfall until almost the day before, and even then it can be wrong. The dire predictions made 10/20 years ago regarding disastrous climate warming NEVER happened!
There is lots more CO2 in the oceans than in the atmosphere or “carbon” being released by any country. While the zealots call CO2 a “greenhouse gas”, CO2 is critical for the health of our oceans AND our forests, including the Amazonian tropical forests that produces so much of the O2 we require.
