Today I continued updating my 3-month and long-term pantry inventories. I considered ordering some powdered honey on sale but I have a lot of honey in jars, and I’m not sure what use I’d find for the powdered type. What do you all think? Is powdered honey useful to have in storage? On a (little bit) sad note, I had to toss out my first-ever batch of homemade apple scrap vinegar. It wasn’t moldy but it had developed a bit of an “off” odor. I think I doomed it when I accidentally strained out the mother a couple of weeks ago <that’s a newbie mistake I won’t be making again, lol>. I got more apples and will try again in a few days. Never give up, never surrender! I’m not going to let some puny apple cores and peels defeat me <smile>.
