Well, I just didn’t make it in the November challenge, so trying again. I got the worst cold I’ve had in about 10 years, and my daughter’s cancer situation got much more dramatic, so I flaked out at the end of November.
December 1: Researched natural cancer treatments/prevention with daughter. The plan is to use a combination of full fasting and intermittent fasting along a ketogenic diet to starve the cancer (cancer loves sugar), along with lots and lots of greens and other alkaline veggies to keep the body slightly alkaline (juicing if necessary in order to get these down her). Also found out what kind of herbs and teas are “anti-angiogenic” (i.e. inhibit blood supply to tumors), and found out what to buy. Sent husband shopping to make sure we have what we need for the week in order to do this. Will shop more on-line and at stores to make sure we have enough to get through Christmas during the next week. Helped husband set up a mini-trampoline/rebounder to start our indoor fitness program starting Monday.
December 2: Still sick as a dog. When I wasn’t sleeping/resting, I worked in my bullet journal and tried to set some priorities for the coming weeks, especially with Christmas coming up and daughter’s surgery still in limbo šĀ Ā Signed up for a free course on gray water recycling and a greens growing system that uses a worm bin system. After going through it, I will decide whether to use that or to use another indoor system I have plans for.
