Actually put up a wee little tree, pre lit, started putting on a few ornaments then realized they were some of Mother’s old ones. That took care of working on the tree for the day.
On the other hand our Estate agent came to pick up all our donations for her Christmas charities. 18 pairs of gloves, 5 mittens, 13 scarves (12 of which I knit), 3 fleece jackets, 4 winter coats that Husband shrunk out of (368 lbs. down to 189 lbs.) and 5 lap robes (I crocheted these). We picked up 3 rolls of duct tape, 4 6volt batteries, Coleman propane cans (still $3.12 each in a set of four at Wal Mart.
Muffy 1938 – congratulate the granddaughter from us and give her extra hugs! She must have really worked hard to get to that point!
