Yesterday the 2nd- Filled 7 gallons of water, got large Pyrex mixing bowl and muffin pan, made blueberry muffins. Watched YouTube tutorials on various subjects, listened to a podcast while working on an afghan I started a couple Christmases ago. Still too much work to be done to finish it in time for this Christmas but getting there, and therapeutic, bright beautiful colors and different textures of yarn. It’s the Traveler’s Life afghan from the Yarn Harlot’s Guide to Knitting. A great way to use leftover yarn from other projects, rows and rows of some of the scarves I’ve made over the years. It’s big and bulky, worked on it while I was in the art room with the cat in front of the heater. Later in the evening finished the little cowl scarf for Christmas present in the living room with the Sheltie. It came out super pretty. I’m making another in the same pattern same yarn for another present.
Order from Amazon came Emergency flashlight Blackout Buddy, got package of two from a Flash sale.
