Today I put my saved seeds from the spaghetti squash to dry so I can use it next month.
I prepared for my course of examinator honey products which starts this Saturday. I can’t wait. It is a two year course but it will be so interesting to learn more about propolis, honey, wax pollen etc.
I also signed up for a basic course ecological vegetable gardening. I’m a member of a eco gardening club to support gardening without too many heavy chemicals (for the bees!). I read up about weed control. I didn’t know that even vinegar use can hurt the bee population… I’m particular interested in planning a veggie garden (I only have a small garden).
