Today I sliced up the remaining banana nut bread and put it in the freezer. Did a partial inventory of the kitchen pantry, meaning I poking around on the shelves, going “What do you mean I don’t have any more chicken broth??” Several other things were scarce as well. About once a year we resort everything in there because it gets so jumbled. The bulk things are together but the one or two cans of this and that are scattered everywhere. Chow mein noodles do not go with the asparagus. Then I searched the ‘net for some inexpensive castile soap. Maybe that’s oxymoron”inexpensive” and “castile”. I’m looking for some that is less than 30 cents an ounce. I like Dr Bronner but his is more expensive than that. And I’m cheap… er, frugal.
