Installed another grow light and noticed that my sprouts were sprouting…very cool. Spinach will take longer but the system is working. I showed my wife the sprouts and she thought it was neat. We went to town to gather prices on the items we buy at and wrote them down with the pertinent data. A lot more work than I thought but we found a few aha moments where we have been paying too much. Old brains forget somewhat….so now I need to put into alphabetical list on excel and print off and keep in a binder for shopping. Good place to put any coupons also. Was looking on line at some stuff about being frugal and saw that suggestion about writing down all of the things we buy. You all are probably doing that all the time.
When we got home, my wife noticed that the sprouts had grown taller a noticeable amount. It is cool to see here enjoying my project. Found another planter and used up more of the potting soil to make another sprout pot.
Bought a few more things for my Rocket stove so that may be what I work on tomorrow.
Also am working with a Long Term Disability insurance that is going very slowly. Money not coming in from them….seems like something always needed more. I went down to my doctors and asked for all of my medical records so that I can send as needed and not wait for folks to get around to what I need done now. I understand they work with a lot of folks but I think this falls under being prepared so worked on it.
