Wow missed this because I lost the forum. Been still working on my prepping over the last 5 days. Went through our canned goods made a list and then hubby and I shopped to fill our shelves for the month.
I got a large supply of mushrooms and spent the last four days dehydrated them. I have two gallon bags full after I finished tonight.
I also sautéed a bunch some with garlic some with onion. Put it on a tray to freeze and tomorrow I will vacuum seal it tomorrow before work.
Glad I found the forum again I like reading it.
