Smoked bacon put into food saver bags in 1 lb pkgs and into the freezer. The hams are soaking before they get equalized for another week or so, they look good. Fed the dogs and chickens the cooked lungs today. Sure saved 350 bucks on doing the porker mysel, it is a lotta work but worth it to me. Not only learned how to butcher, but how little work is actually involved in care and feeding.
