Worked on updating my grocery spreadsheet comparing the stores in our area for the items we use. Also put in some Amazon Pantry prices but no big find on that….cost more on the items I compared. Some stuff is cheaper but not on what I looked at.
Tested out my Rocket stove this morning…Worked great. Even cooked some eggs for my wife and myself. Was able to boil 2 cups of water in @8-10 minutes. Played around with it for over 1/2 hour and the can finally got hot enough that you would not leave your hand on it…but no instant burning if you bumped it by accident.
The knife is one I made from an old planer knife out of a big lumber planer. Not perfect but fun.
