@peppy P – Got all my cards off of Amazon already tonight, and won’t use a debit card on-line again.
No luck with a doctor yet. Had a serious conversation about communication with the first one to see if it might work if she lays out all her objections to the proposed plan and says what she really wants, but that will have to wait until Monday. Daughter is a grown woman – just got her Master’s degree – so it’s all up to her, really. Her father and I are the support team. She’s lived all over the world while she studied, took care of herself just fine, paid her own way through grad school. But she’s back home because she’s too sick to work. Trying to start her own freelancing business, but it’s slow going. Her Dad and I are trying real, real hard to not be pushy because we know she wants to get an oncologist and get well. She probably has the time – maybe another month – to start treatment. So we’re justing praying, and then advising when she asks. But it’s hard to shut up sometimes.
