December 10: Lesson for the day: DO NOT put off getting dressed and prepared for the day IMMEDIATELY upon rising. This morning I was lazy and thought to myself, I’ll just have a nice cup of coffee before I get dressed, and then, I’ll relax and eat my breakfast before I get dressed, and then, I’ll just finish this little editing job and send it on before I get dressed. 🙁
And then, like I deserve, I’m barefoot, wearing nothing but a robe, with my hair as wild as Einstein’s, and I have to rush out into the front yard in below freezing weather to take care of a little emergency. Although I did grab a hat. 🙂
So prepping is as much about discipline as it is about skills and stockpiles…
