Today I talked with a coworker about the dystopian film the forest which can be seen on netflix here. We talked about the decisions made by the two girls and the progressing worsening of life after a long power outage. We both work in crisis and safety manage. He more in policy of this field. I work more in social safety which includes policy and crisis management with high risks for municipal administrator. He knows Ian a canner and I have a certain amount of food on hand. He said that he would not survive because his lack of prepping but I should worry about looters. Which is very true! We aren’t allowed to have guns according to law, I only have a trained Malinois for protection.
I read quite some about forage patterns of bees a scientific study. I m going to self educate about biodiversity for the bees.
I research another house and talked to the realtor the house is in vad shape and by no means sustainable at all.
Also found out the owners name from a farm which is a monument and they want to give the farm a new destination. Perhaps the guy who is 66 looks for a nice neighbour ( yes me;)) He lives alone over there and perhaps he is willing to rent out a part of the farm long shot but who knows…! I just keep on looking for possibi hope I don’t bore you all with that :S now I have to find me some courage to call him I will the next couple of days
Printed some recipe books about organic cosmetics to improve my own recipes
paid for my canning lids it did hurt because it was a lot of money… but winter canning is almost there and I love canning legumes
