I cut hubby’s hair this morning, did the laundry and hung it up in the basement. Went through old receipts of items we’ve purchased and realized our dryer is 36 years old. WOW. I know the drum belt was replaced once but that is the only thing we’ve done to it over all those years. Figured if I didn’t use it much, it would last a few more years, so I am hanging the laundry on some clotheslines he hung up for me. Forgot to take something out for supper so defrosted a prepared meal out of the freezer and heated it in the microwave. Love having meals set aside for days like this when the memory isn’t up to snuff. Sold some items we no longer use so we have a little more money to buy insulation for 2 of the basement walls that haven’t been insulated yet. Finished the Christmas shopping.
