Today I got a “That Seals It” kit for vacuum sealing an opened No. 10-size can. I’m going to try vacuum sealing my opened No. 10 can of “Eggs Ova Easy” with the one lid provided in the kit and, if it works well, I’ll order a few more of those lids. I also got some more Ball quart sized canning jars and a couple of the Easy Fermenter XL sized lids (and XL glass fermenting weights) for fermenting larger quantities of food in gallon-sized jars (in case I get the urge to make a heck of a lotta sauerkraut at one time, lol. The lids seem to be well made of good quality materials, so I’m happy with the purchase. I also continued reading Lights Out by David Crawford.
