Did a germination test on my carrot seed. Yup, it’s better than 70 %! Which is good for homegrown. Trying to overwinter my parsley by bringing it in and started horseradish in a big pot. Need to get carrots outta root cellar and use up, maybe dehydrate as treats for goats. Researching how to perhaps make eggplant extract for possible skin cancer treatment….hmmmm making loose fitting slippers by using the smallest round loom. It keeps the feet off the ground which is good, but the loose weave may need to be double knitted with mohair, just a thought.
