Today I got together clothing for my bug out bags, made a grocery list of items I need, food items for stocking up & other needed items to stock up on in an emergency. I started my weekly budget list and cooked baked potatoes & baked chicken. I’m working out to weights for arms, stretching & elliptical. Drank Applecider vinegar and lemon water. That’s about it!
