Went to town for errands. It was rained for the last two days so the dog was thrilled to go somewhere. She is not much for staying in the house. More like a teenager that gets bored. We did walk down to the lake this morning though. Even in bad weather she must be walked. Worked on organizing preps in the new cabinets. Worked on tracking down my shipment of marshmallow root. Seems it made it to the sorting facility of the post office last Friday and that was the last it has been seen. Made biscuits and gravy, mashed sweet potatoes with onions and kale and scrambled tofu. Baked 3 acorn squash to make a baked pasta this weekend.
