Today I downloaded the first seven volumes of the 1911 Encyclopedia Britannica from the SurvivorLibrary.com website – have about 27 more volumes to go <Whew!> Also watched several prepping-related YouTube videos by “Obsessive Chicks” (formerly called Obsessive Prepper AZ), and Susan at “I’m Still Workin”s video about making sour cream and butter out of canned Media Crema. I want to try making butter soon from the Media Crema (and Trader Joe’s retort packaged cream) that I have stockpiled so I will know what sort of yield you get per can/package.
