Worked a lot on my wife’s birthday present while she was busy sewing in next room. Made sure she did not see what I was doing. We ended up working pretty long and I finished. It is one of those paste onto a page little plastic diamonds kinda like paint by number. Looks pretty good. I have it flattening out under some books so will take a picture later.
Read some prep fiction…some I read over and over again.
Downloaded some files from survival library…some boy scout stuff and other. Will do that some more in the future.
Found a better grate for my rocket stove….we were in a kitchen store and they had trivets that looked like old gas stove grates. Worked pretty good.
Off to make thousand Island dressing for my salad tonight. Really like the home made version best. But I do keep trying out a recipe or two. I lost the first one I made and am trying to get it back. Lesson: print them or take a picture every time.
