I love reading everyone’s dailies. It’s like the letters I used to get from my Aunt Betty. What she was planing on planting, how she found the London Fog raincoat in perfect condition at the Goodwill, how many laps she walked around the basement with her Cocker Spaniel, Sporty, in the afternoons in the winter, new recipes for zucchini. She made the best zucchini bread and sent me a couple of loafs every Christmas. I miss her.

It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood today. The sky so blue it hurt your heart. I went on a water run this morning. Then stopped at Target to get elastic wraps, inexpensive ace type bandages that are a yard long with Velcro at each end. only $1.29, bought four, I cut them in half for my wrist, have had tendinitis for a long time, it’s doing real well now but I still wear one at work to protect it. Found a 2019 planner that I liked, got it. I get one every year, fill it out for a while get sidetracked, or too sad,the last couple of years I’ve lost a dog early in the year, then big portions of it are blank. But I get one each year anyway.

Helped out at the barn walking horses up to the horse park (10 acres just for them, it’s helped keep this small area zoned rural when the apartments wanted to invade) anyway, we walked three horses there, turned them out in the big arena, walked back to get the girls, walked them up, traded, walked the boys back, they are pokey, the girls step right out, more walking than I have done in a while. Geese need to walk more. Working on my little doggie portrait now.
