I went to the grocery store and bought all of the food we will need for Christmas dinner as well as for the 5 days when my daughter’s family is here. My husband was not with me so I took my time and compared prices and substitutions for items on my list. I even used coupons that I get in the mail from Kroger. I played several games on Lumosity to help with my memory and read an article called Practical Prepping in an old issue of Self Reliance magazine.
