Today i went and talied with a farmer About possibilities of renting his old barn. Turns out this barn is a monument and needs a 1,5 million € makeover. Then one has to buy the land AND by then you only own a fixed up barn where you still can’t live in.
Its an old farmer and his business partner was there and thought that I would come up with that amount of money … way way too unrealistic imho. So I’m not really getting anywhere with my plan and limited means.
Went on a visit to an older friend and we had a coffee.

Didnt do much. Hoping tomorrow will be a better day.
