Hieronyma Textor – Thank you for posting the links about the DIY concrete brick rocket stove and the 3 stone “stove”. The video and article were very interesting! I watched/read them today, along with watching several other videos about other variations on brick or concrete block or fire brick rocket stoves. I think I’ll try making one. Just wish fire bricks weren’t so expensive. Guess I’ll make mine out of clay bricks instead and maybe purchase a thin fire brick platform to set them on.
Today I reviewed ads from several grocery stores and made my big monthly shopping list. I saw that frozen southern style hash browns are on sale for a pretty good price so I’m planning to buy some to dehydrate for my food storage pantry (assuming they are just plain potatoes with no oil coating them).
