Yes I add vegetables in powdered form LOL and oatmeal, but don’t tell the kids! They know about the oatmeal which is good for lowering cholesterol. I do like mushroom soup in mine too. I store up the powdered soups and mixes in 5 gallon buckets when they go on sale periodically. Most of them already come in mylar bags. It also help to have them around when I’m not feeling well and they last for years
