Today I ordered 2 books (used) about self sufficiency on eBay uk. I love books. I love reading.
I also spent a lot of money buying dog food, food and stuff for the chickens and the two birds we have. Well, I have. They were my children’s. I bought them after a lot of nagging and gave in ( the dog is yours and the chickens too-we want an animal to take care if ourselves). They wanted rats and other nasty critters which I don’t want in my house. I anticipated on the fact that a little bird is nice… for a couple of weeks. And so it happened and they ended up in the living room. When I go to the animal feed store, I like to take something as a treat. The dog got a big smokey bone, the chickens something to pick in and the birds a new bath, completely of plastic. It will be fun to see them bath.
Im preparing for Christmas and did some extra shopping. My parents will come over. Normally I ho to their place but this time I’m on duty for incidents/crises. So they come here. Which is nice for a change.
Today i filled my copper leak free tube thing with paracetamol tablets to add to my travel mini bob.
Probably will be preparing for Christmas and not so much prepping.
