Way better day in Astoria today compared to yesterday.
Made 24 more fire starters with egg cartons and dryer lint plus wax. Added a length of cotton twine to act as a wick. Put a little Vaseline on the wick to make it burn better. When I had to use a regular one yesterday, the wind was blowing pretty hard and the egg edge did not want to stay lighted. Going to see if that helps.
Got some more supplies to see us through Christmas week. Will have some guests and maybe 2 grand kids staying with us for the week.
