When I was just a kid (been a while!) my Dad brought home a second-hand Marlin lever-action .22 that is clip-fed. I think it was a Model 56 likely made sometime in the fifties or early sixties. Its a full-size .22, not scaled down like so many. It, too, shoots one ragged hole at 50 yds. Its something of an oddity being lever-action and not a Win. 94 clone.
