It has been a busy few weeks for us. Now that Christmas is over we are getting ready to pack up the the decorations. Tree will come down on Jan 1st. Then I want to try to get the freezer done. I have a lot of meats, hams, turkey breast that I got during holidays for 37 cent a lb. along with beef and chicken I want to get canned. If there is an EMP I don’t want to loose anything in that freezer. I am still learning this forum but really love what I am seeing on here. I can learn a lot from you guys. I have never made lentil soup. Xant Dewit will you put your receipe on here for me? I haven’t seen any canning receips yet. I am always looking for new canning ideas.
