MineYourMind…how very kind of you to give me a shout out!!! How fortunate your elderly couple have you in their corner. Who knows? perhaps your enthusiasm may help them be more willing to not give up on life….even one tiny step might light a little flame in their hearts. Maybe a house plant to care for everyday? 🙂
For all of you out there who will yourselves someday be old, whatever point and condition you are in life right this minute, I’d just encourage you to take where you are physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, etc. right now at the end of 2018, and decide what you want your life to look like when you are 60, 70, 80, 90 or whenever….then begin to take even small steps to make that vision a reality….that’s really prepping :)…. whoops, now I’m preaching….HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYBODY
